Prior to founding the firm in 1998, Jeff spent a number of years in Detroit, MI working for a Tier 1 & 2 Supplier to the automotive industry. As Director of Client Services, he led a team serving organizations such as AutoAlliance International (Ford/Mazda), Cooper Standard Automotive, Textron, United Technologies, Autoliv, Borg Warner, Tower Automotive, Grupo-Antolin/Irausa, The Budd Company and Ishikawa.
Over the last few decades, Jeff has led a wide variety of executive search assignments for automotive supplier CEO’s, VP’s of Operations, VP’s of Sales & Marketing, automotive dealership COO’s, CFO’s and GM’s and automotive education & training Presidents and Vice Presidents. Additionally, Jeff has also served nonprofit entities serving the automotive industry, globally.

Linda joined Lordstone Corporation shortly after the company’s founding in 1998 and currently directs the internal management of all client assignments and communications. She is the former Executive Assistant of the President of Olivet Nazarene University and the former Executive Assistant of the Planning Director of World Vision, Australia.
Over the last few decades, Linda has worked closely with senior level decision makers, including CEO’s, Presidents and Vice Presidents, within a variety of companies serving the automotive industry, including automation & industrial machinery, plastics, metal stamping and machining. She has also served automotive non-profit organizations, automotive dealerships and service providers.
Linda attended Lansing Business University, Lansing, Michigan and Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, Illinois.
Tim originally joined Lordstone Corporation in 2011, as an intern while in high school. His employment continued during his studies at Northern Michigan University. Today, Tim serves as an Associate, supporting the business development and search efforts of the company. His search engagement experience includes C-level, management and senior staff level roles for automotive, industrial and maritime related companies and nonprofit associations. Tim is also an active participant in the firm's executive/managerial assessment process and is likely one of the first individuals prospective candidates talk to from our organization.
Tim is a 2018 graduate of Next Level Exchanges Facilitated Foundation Training. He is also a graduate of the Michigan Youth Challenge Academy (Class 23) and currently serves in the U.S. Army/National Guard as a Sergeant, 12B, 1431st Engineer Company.
