Prior to founding the firm in 1998, Jeff spent a number of years in Detroit, MI working for a Tier 1 & 2 Supplier to the automotive industry. As Director of Client Services, he led a team serving organizations such as AutoAlliance International (Ford/Mazda), Cooper Standard Automotive, Textron, United Technologies, Autoliv, Borg Warner, Tower Automotive, Grupo-Antolin/Irausa, The Budd Company and Ishikawa.
Over the last few decades, Jeff has led a wide variety of executive search assignments for automotive supplier CEO’s, VP’s of Operations, VP’s of Sales & Marketing, automotive dealership COO’s, CFO’s and GM’s and automotive education & training Presidents and Vice Presidents. Additionally, Jeff has also served nonprofit entities serving the automotive industry, globally.
